I recently purchased a N7110 and very nice it is other than the power cord being too short. However all was well and good when i got the machine, updated Win 7 from Microsift website and then noticed that the Bluetooth drivers where causing problems in device manager? have had no problems with connections but am being reminded that i need to reload the drivers. Nothing seems to be load when I try to download via the net.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI was trying to re-install the Bluetooth drivers (R140135) on my system (configuration in my signature),
and hence I removed all the Bluetooth related devices in the Device Manager. But now when I try to install the drivers, I get this message -
Code:
"Please uninstall current Bluetooth installation before continuing"
I have tried to remove it from where ever I could find it, I renamed the default Windows Vista drivers so that they are not loaded.
There is no mention of Bluetooth anywhere now, but the DELL driver file still gives me that error!

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have been looking for the bluetooth drivers for my Acer Extensa 4420-5910 for a week with no luck. I believe they are Broadcom drivers but I am not sure. None of the drivers on Acer's website work. Broadcom's download page is also down. Driverguide does not appear to have them either. Acer doesn't have a "Parts List" for this laptop so they cannot tell me exactly what bluetooth drivers I will need, and unfortunately I am not about to crack a new laptop open to find out. At the minimum if someone could just tell me what the name of the correct driver is I would be satisfied. This is for 32-bit Vista.

I have an HP Envy M6-1150sa onto thich I have installed Windows 7 (comes with Windows 8).
I am having trouble getting the bluetooth device to hold a connection with any device at all. I can run the scan for devices, connect to the device but as soon as the wizard is closed the device disconnects and remains disaconnected (greyed out in Devices & Printers). This is the case with multiple devices and the same happens every time. The same devices will attach to any other bluetootch system without issue other than this system so I am assuming its software related.
