Oct 22, 2013I purchased a floor display model at Sam's club, HP Envy 17-j027cl, that had an administrator password, secondary Sam Account and Guest Account. The clerk was supposed to take the administrator password off, but apparently didn't.
How can I get the Administrator password removed so I can reset it? When I try to reset, it asks for a USB flash drive or disc which I have neither of.
