Aug 17, 2014
I just got an older HP Pavilion G6 laptop and it has a bios password. The guy that gave it to me gave a few passwords to try but none of them work. After trying a few times i get this error message "System Disable 66185300". How to bypass this error and get into the bios.
I have a dell XPS l501x . Yesterday i upgraded the BIOS to A08 but i forgot my bios password . I called dell support she gave me one code but that didnt worked .I was told to replace the motherboard, Is there any other way out...
I have a customer that got an update and then the message "Enter Administrator Password or Power on Password" came up after three failed attempts it gives this message "System Disabled Key: 67624141" ....
I have a pavilion dm3 that we have not used in a long time. I plugged it in and it asks for an administator password or power on password, after three tries it says system disabled and gives a code 68878601
I have a Pavilion G60 that is stuck with the following number . I tried the BIOS password request 3 times and received: System Disable . How do I get around this? I do not know what the password is and tried password, enter, and then PASSWORD before the number showed up. What do I do next?
When I turn the computer on a blue box comes up with "Enter administrator password or Power on Password. After three attempts a code error comes up with the following 50510665. How can I reset computer?
Error Message: "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password"
Changes made to system that caused issue to occur: Laptop was stolen from car two weeks before Christmas, but was recovered by police and returned to me a month later. Upon retrieval of laptop, the battery was dead and the power pack/cord & mouse wasn't returned with the laptop. I had a dell power pack/cord that fit and used to turn on the computer. A black screen appeared with a blue box asking to "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password." After 4-5 attempts to enter the password that was set for windows, the system disabled itself. I would have to remove the battery and plug in power cord to reset the computer which continues to ask to "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password." I do not want to restore or reset the computer by losing all my personal data that was stored prior to it being stolen. Is there anyway to override this or is there a "generic password" to use as a bypass this screen to get it to operate and back to the Windows login screen?
