I have a Dell XPS L321X that currently has both an admin and system password set. I know these passwords, that is not the issue. The issue is that I would like to remove the system password but leave the BIOS password protected.
Maybe I am being dense, but I cannot find where to DEACTIVATE the system password. I have the option change it but not remove it.

I just got an older HP Pavilion G6 laptop and it has a bios password. The guy that gave it to me gave a few passwords to try but none of them work. After trying a few times i get this error message "System Disable 66185300". How to bypass this error and get into the bios.
