I have purchased HP p077tx model laptop,it comes with gt840m but when i am trying to install the drivers it shows the error message"no compatible hardware found" during installation.Furthermore when I checked the device manager it shows no gt840m in the display adpters list, the 3D video controller is showing no driver installed on the PCI 10 bus.
I have a HP d103tx notebook that I bought some months ago and was working fine until this one day I installed the Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver from the HP website. After installing that only USB 3.0 port work and not USB 2.0 ports. I tried uninstalling it but no love.. Tried reinstalling it but still no love.. Tried changing the settings to default through BIOS but still..
I'm having trouble finding a video or a graphics driver for a hp pavilion dv8315nr notebook pc The product and model number is EZ580UA#ABA the version of windows in my computer is windows 7, my computer has completed all of its important Windows Updates. I have updated my HP drivers using the hp support system, it is an on-going, or recent issue.
But this to "video controller" and "video controller (VGA compatible)" still can't find the way to fix them, I went to dell's drivers download page and the drivers don't fix the problem!!!
I've been told that I need my video controller working so I can put my computer into standby or hibernate, since that option is not working on my computer.
My computer works fine but I really would like to fix this two issues!!!
Ethernet Controller is another device that is not working, but I'm not too worried about it since I can connect to the internet using my wireless card
I have a g6-2002au notebook, running Win7 home premium 64bit on dual core 64bit cpus, 2.7ghz clocks and an AMD Radeon 7520G gpu, that is mostly used to preview (for a class) movie projects created in a video editor. And for video project files - stored on a usb stick inserted into one of the usb ports - that have a playing time longer than approx 4 minutes, the play presentation runs for a while and then becomes stuttering - pauses the image for a while, altho the audio continues, then the video seems to catch up, and after a short period repeats this stop and go activity. Like the editor keeps running out of data faster than its work space is filled up.
I sourced equivalent (to the original brand and specs) RAM memory to increase the installed RAM to 8Gb without apparent impact on this. A change of memory stick type - usb2 to usb3 - worked a bit but the issue remains. And disciussions with others using notebooks - Toshiba's actually - did not have this problem.
The dedicated video memory in the machine is 512mb (windows display settings details), and this probably isn't enough for video editing. With 8Gb of RAM now available, there should be plenty to enable me to increase the amount dedicated for video editing. Changing that seems to be a bios function, but there isn't any apparent/accessible setting in the Insyde F.03 bios on the machine to enable me to do that.
So, the questions are, 1. Can I increase the dedicated video memory on this specific notebook? 2. if so, how?
I have a 15t j-000. I'm not sure if this notebook came with a dedicated video card. In ccleaner or in the device manager only the onboard Intel graphics appear. But on the notebook has NVIDIA GEFORCE the sticker. It may be a problem of recognition? I've tried installing the driver but says there is no compatible hardware.
I recently purchased a HP 15-D103TX laptop, which originally ran Free DOS on it. I have successfully updated my OS to Windows 8, and have installed all the drivers from the HP website. The laptop has dedicated 2GB Nvidia Geforce 820M graphic card.
But when I checked, I found that Windows is showing the Dedicated Graphics Memory as 0MB.
As you can see in the screenshot, it shows Dedicated Graphics Memory as 0MB.
I dont have the aero effect on windows 7 64-bit. I needed the perfect driver that could recognize the hardware and work properly. But I'm not able to find the perfect driver
My laptop is a HP Pavilion g7-2224nr notebook and my driver is the default one, a AMD Radeon HD 7420G Discrete-Class Graphics.
It doesn't bluescreen, but when I'm watching youtube videos, the video will randomly stop and it'll say 'the amd driver has disconnected and successfully reconnected'.
M6400, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit RTM, FX3700M, E2E RGB LED
Everything appears to be working fine in my win 7 installation with the exception of the video. If I install any video driver then the LCD display dim's down to <50% of its normal brightness compared to just vanilla VGA drivers. External monitor works fine.
I initially went with the official NVIDIA 186.03 driver, and this exhibited the dimming effect. I have since tried all manner of other video driver versions including laptop2go, etc and none of them work. Even had my first win7 BSOD when I installed Dell's latest Vista x64 driver .....
I want to install AMD Video Driver and Control Panl alongside with Intel Video Driver and Control Panel.
Here is My Laptop System Information :
OS Name Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise Version 6.3.9600 Build 9600 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Name TUHIN System Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard
Have done a clean install of VISTA HP. Keep being prompted to install driver for "Mass storage controller". Device manager shows it with yellow exclamation mark. Windows cannot locate a driver. Looked on the Acer site but unsure what to install for this one.
Device manager just calls it "other device" Acer Aspire 9301awsmi.
i recently installed WinXP on my Acer 5930G (went from vista). i managed to find all the drivers (including the ICH9M SATA ACHI-mode driver) except one called the SM Bus Controller which is showing up in device manager with a little yellow ! symbol. Does anyone know where I can find this driver? the Intel website and their chipset identifier tool seems to be quite useless. The chipset identifier can't identify anything except the I/O controller (82801MB ICH9M SATA AHCI-mode) which was installed from the '32-bit floppy configuration files'
I have a HP Pavilion g6-1220sa notebook which has A8 AMD and running windows 7 64 bit.
I had to reinstall windows manually as trying to make the machine a dual boot with the win7 and ubuntu resulted in me messing the partitions up. I have managed to do so and been installing/updating all the drivers. But in the device manager, the SM Bus Controller still has a yellow excamation mark next to it.
I am using Windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop and I am currently not able to connect to the internet. I looked up the Device Manager and I found that the drivers for Network Controller is missing.
More than 4 weeks I've been looking for Ethernet controller card in the laptop HP-530 for the Windows Vista Home 64-bit not this for the 32 bit, this does not work ....
Had to do a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium. After many failed attempts at a recovery, I was able to get an OEM disk and get the install to work. I've gotten everything back up except the pci excryption/decryption controller driver. It is an HP laptop, model 15-g013cl.
I cannot find the usb controller driver for the Hp 15-d035dx anywhere. the driver is intel but nothing works. it tells me that the system has minimum requirements to install this software.
