I just reinstalled a HP pro 3300 SFF with a clean win 7. Download drivers from the hp site but when I try to install I get a message that no Intel components was found. Downloaded the Chipset driver along with the drivers for network but still no luck.....

I have a HP Pavilion dv7-6187cl Notebook and my Network Controller has seemed to quit working. I have tried numerous solutions and none of them have worked. I recently did a factory image restore on my PC, but before I did the most recent restore, I did the same thing and tried to update the driver and it worked like a charm. This time, its not so easy.

I am using a notebook (proBook 4530s), with Windows 7, 64-bit, and in the device manager I get a yellow exclamation mark in Network controller even after downloading and installing the respective driver Atheros / Realtek Wireless LAN Driver(s). The driver packacge extracts itself and there is no confirmation of finishing the setup.

I'm trying to figure out which driver I need to install for a network adapter on a HP 2000-219DX Notebook. I saw the list of drivers for it, and got the Ralink 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter driver file from another PC. I'm not sure how to install this or if I should use another driver altogether. View 9 Replies View RelatedI have an Presario CQ57-383SQ and in device manager, network controller has no driver and i can`t find it and my WI-FI doesn't work it shows that is disabled from device manager i thins it is because of the network controller driver.
And one more....PCI device has no driver and I don't know where to find it.
After the complete melt-down of the old WinXp, I installed Win7 - so far most of ti works. However, WLAN doesnt work. (P/N is PY869PA#ABG, it also says dv1303ap on the label)
Is there any driver for WLAN available? Witout WLAn or internet access the good old HP is pretty useless....
Unable to turn on wifi.I tried installing drivers of it by downloading from hp support for my model, even that didn't worked. Drivers installation failed. Even the hp utility provided in the support to automatically identify the hardware and laptop medel also failed to install. It is a new laptop.

This is regarding hp 15-r007tx..I cant connect to the WiFi network . I can only use wired connection. Also the wifi button is permanently off(orange colour). No matter how many times I press its the same and wont detect wifi. Is it hardware or driver problem.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have an HP Pavilion dv7-6163us laptop and the network does not show up in the Network and Sharing Center. I have tried to reinstall the drivers for the RealTek PCIe GBE Family controller to no avail. I did update the driver for the Intel Centrino Wireless N-1000, so now the wireless light is blue instead of orange. Is the network card toast? I started it up this morning and no network, even plugged in ( cannot recognize that a network even exists on the laptop).

Also getting a fatal error message from HP Connection Manger:
"A fatal error occurred, check the HP Connection Manager in Event Viewer for more details. A socket operation encountered a dead network".
I have had this problem a couple times, and each time I had to restart my entire computer and reinstall everything before I could connect again. The computer has no problem connecting with a cable, but it says it can't find Wi-Fi. I would really love to avoid restarting and restoring the computer for a fifth time if I could. I don't know the specifics of the computer, I think it might be a 14z Touch...

I have a Windows 8 now 8.1 pavilion g6 laptop which hasn't been able to detect any wireless networks.
When i try to troubleshoot to find a problem it says that there is no problem.
The icon in the bottom right shows a monitor with a white cross in a red circle background and a what looks like a cable with a circular head at the top.
What I am currently using is the ethernet cable into the laptop which is connected to the router which is working normally.
