I have a Dell inspiron 5100 laptop, i just baught an internal wifi card called broadcom BX067 BCM94301MP that dell told me i should get but i cant find drivers for it anywhere. I baught the card used from ebay and received no driver disc along with it
I recently installed windows 7 64 bit on my new HP pavilion p045tx notebook but there are no drivers for the inbuilt broadcom wifi adapter which was working fine in windows 8.1 , so there is any way to get the drivers as it is not available on the product support page.
the wlan adapter is BCM43142 802.11 b/g/n.(according to windows 8.1 driver details)
I am hoping someone can help me out here. I replaced the wireless card that came with my inspiron 1520 (intel pro abg) with a stock card a friend gave me out of his mini 9.
I can't for the life of me find a driver that will work for this card. I have tried to install a few different drivers and got a few different error messages

I just installed Winows 7 and after installing some missing drivers (410 + UWB, etc.)
I have only 1 missing, it's : Broadcom USH w/swipe sensor, and I can not find it at the Dell web site, they have only the Firmware file, but no driver file
like in several threads mentioned installing not the DELL-WLAn drivers but the broadcom Mini-1510 (http://ftp.us.dell.com/network/R212337.EXE) reduces the latency/crackling sound problem.
This worked also on my E6500, so I'm very happy.
I also tried to change hd from IRRT to AHCI, disabling DELL WLAn 802.11a, installing Matirx driver 8.2 or 8.8 and so on.
When I installed Windows 8.1 (from the MSDN developer site) on My Latitude E6510 it has an unknown device called Broadcom USH. A Windows 7 driver would probably work, but I don't know what that device does, so I don't know which driver to try and install. I think it's for the BCM5880 chip. What does that do?
I have a Compaq presario V5000 series with windows xp about 4 years old. It has been running fine on wireless for years until a few days ago. I was getting a code 10 but now it doesnt even appear in the device manager anymore. Also, I still get resource conflict screen at startup. If I hit F1 everything starts up as normally but no broadccom!
Heres what I did so far.
Destructive recovery reinstalled windows installed updated drivers for broadcom and bios. defraged changed wireless card
I have a HP dv6-1133ea (in my sig). It has the broadcom wireless card. It is running windows 7 64 bit.
Just recently the wireless has started acting up. It can see my home network fine but just won't connect properly saying "no network connectivity" etc. I know that the network is fine as my partner's vaio (and incidentally my old Toshiba A30 that I am using to write this post) can connect fine.
I have tried re-installing the vista 64 driver from HP's website but that makes no difference. Turning the wireless on and off or restarting also doesn't change things. I have also tried re-adding the network key but that did nothing too.
Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas what to do?
I have a dv4z and wanted to upgrade its wifi capabilities. Right now it has a Broadcom 4321, and because of the HP whitelist, I can only change to a Intel Wifi link 5100. is the Intel 5100 better or worse than the Broadcom?
I just received the HP mini 110 with the broadcom hd crystal chip. I'm finding this purchase mostly useless as I can't easily find HD material that will run using it inside the arcsoft software. Adobe 11 I hear will sometime in 2010 but now I can't find much except some third rate movie sites.
I have 2 computers in my room. An HP pavilion all-in-one W7 (works great), and an HP G72 laptop W7. My problem is this: every hour my wireless resets on my laptop but never does on my all-in-one thus telling me it is not my modem in the other room. It uses Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n driver ver. 5.60.350.23
broadcom 802.11g network adapter is not working on extensa 4620z.
i just installed win xp pro on acer extensa 4620z which came pre-installed with linpus linux.
all is well except that the broadcom wireless g adapter is not working. in device manager, it says "Windows cannot load drivers for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing.(code 39).
i tried downloading the driver from acer europe site and installed again but it still has the same problem. the driver on the cd which came with the laptop and the one which i downloaded from acer site is the same.
are there any other drivers or any other program which needs to be installed for this?
I just got a new laptop. But there seems to be a problem with the Broadcom Wireless Driver. When I install the driver it always stops at the middle and says Error"PBR_REL_5_10 827" Do you think that the Wifi(device) is broken? I just installed Vista.
i have a dv5t that comes with a stock broadcom wireless card. i have an opportunity to acquire an Intel WiFi Link 5100 card , will i see a noticeable improvement in my wireless performance?
I am using HP Pavilion g6 2005ax laptop and I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit OS. I am unable to detect any bluetooth device in my laptop and my laptop's bluetooth also is not detecting in any other device (Say in my cell). When I tried install Broadcom bluetooth 4.0 driver software it showing error "No bluetooth device was detected. Please make sure that your bluetooth device is plugged in properly in order to continue installation". In device manager everything is perfect, i mean no undetected hardware.
I have an XPS 17 L702X. I just did a re-install of windows 7 on my wife's laptop. How do I use the drivers and utilities disc to get the drivers for the hardware on this computer? I can't get online on it. I do have the discs.
Does anyone know if Dell modifies the video card drivers that they post on the driver download website specifically for their machines?
Or do they just download the latest drivers from the Nvidia webiste test on a particular machine for a little while and either pass or fail the driver for official use?
I own a Dell 7520 and it has four 3.0 usb ports. However, I have discovered that one program I use does not support Intel 3.0 USB ports only USB 2.0 ports. So the only port that program will use is the Realtek USB card reader on the 7520 because that is a native 2.0 port.
According to a poster Innogen on the Intel support forum "The BIOS in my Dell Inspiron 7520 allows me to disable it so that the USB 3.0 ports revert to USB 2.0 functionality." but I can't find any such functionality in my BIOS (using version A06).

I tried uninstalling the Intel USB 3.0 drivers in WIn 7 Ultimate hoping that when I rebooted it would install USB 2.0 drivers but it simply reinstalled the USB 3.0 drivers.
I would really like to get this program working on my computer and while I am not happy about losing USB 3.0 functionality I can live with it until the vendor gets its act together and starts to support Intel USB 3.0.
I have been reading and i see that some people have been upgrading their ati divers using ati mobility modder tool, shoud i do this or shall i just use the dell drivers?
I've posted a few questions on this forum in the past and got the help i was in search of and now I'm in another pickle and i figured I would give this place a shot. I'm trying to find the proper driver I should be using for my laptop's graphics card for gaming performance. I have searched the web and googl'd and what not. I even went to Nvidia's website and to the download drivers section they have, but could not find any drivers for my graphics card. My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS --MobileForce M6 Enhanced-- My operating system is Window's Vista 32-bit... If you all could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. As well, if you need any more information or specifications just ask me and I will try to figure them out.
I'm using the 175.32 drivers for the 7900GTX on my Dell XPS M1710, but was told by a friend that there are better ones out there. On the nvidia website it only gives me Quadra NVS drivers, which I'm told would give worse performance than my current drivers. I use my laptop for gaming, not rendering. Any other driver suggestions?
