View 7 RepliesI have recently purchased HP 15-d009TU Notebook PC. It came with DOS installed. I have installed Windows 7 64 bit OS. I have downloaded the drivers listed in Drivers & Download section in HP.com but most of these drivers (Intel chipset driver, Graphics driver, Audio driver, etc.) do not work. While trying to install, most of them says that it does not meet minimum system requirements although all the system requirements mentioned in the requirements list are present.
Now, I am unable to use even the USB ports in my laptop.
my lan wireless is not installing or working in windows 7(64 bit) in 15-d009tu.

I have the HP G72 Notebook PC and it operates on the windows 7 home premium 64-bit operating system. I was once able to get on my internet without any issues. I changed my carrier to uverse and was still able to connect for a week or two and then one day my computer says that no internet connection is found. Other computers connect just fine except mine's. I made sure that the wireless key was engaged and it was.
I then tried to restore my computer to an earlier date in hopes that whatever happened would be reversed. The system wouldn't allow it and wouldn't complete the request. Now When trouble shooting i also get the following message. "an error occurred while loading the troubleshooter: An unexpected error has occurred. the troubleshooting wizard can't continue." The only thing that I remember doing before this problem occurred was changing from google internet surfing to explore. It work for a short time thereafter and then stopped.
I just bought a HP Notebook PC 15-g013dx at Best Buy. They assured me it was 5Ghz wireless WiFi compatible. But only the 2.4 from the router shows up as an available connection.
My wife's old iPad can access the 5Ghz. I'm a tech dummy so I don't know if I have to download a driver or something? Or do I need some kind of adapter?

My HP 15-g009AX Notebook have pblm with its wifi . I installed wireless button driver from HP website but it still has not detected my WiFi.I have installed win 8.1 and the lap was bought from flipkart. It is powered by and a8 apu, 4GB ram, 2GB radeon 8570 graphics... (I also have pblm with my graphics driver. It detects my graphics card as 8500).
