After downgrading from windows 8 to windows 7 the usb slot on the right side of the laptop is working, nut the two on the left hand side are not working. Windows driver search says no driver found and unidentified ERROR.

So i buy new laptop (hp pavilion 15-p153nm), in shop where i buy it it says that this laptop have two memory slots so i buy new 4gb ddr3 ram card and wanted to put it in free memory slot but when i opened laptop i couldnt find free slot only one...so my question is where is that second slot...i am using HP laptops and other products (printers etc.) for 10y and if this is some hp mistake and they didnt put second slot in this laptop i will be very disappointed.And yes i find manual for this laptop i opened this laptop by that manual and it have drawn two memory cards but its all it says about memory cards. I have installed the Network driver which has enabled the LAN but not able to see Wifi connection icon in system tray. The Wifi led on the wifi button on my keypad is always on as soon as start.

I have recently purchased HP 15-d009TU Notebook PC. It came with DOS installed. I have installed Windows 7 64 bit OS. I have downloaded the drivers listed in Drivers & Download section in HP.com but most of these drivers (Intel chipset driver, Graphics driver, Audio driver, etc.) do not work. While trying to install, most of them says that it does not meet minimum system requirements although all the system requirements mentioned in the requirements list are present.
Now, I am unable to use even the USB ports in my laptop.

Router: D-Link Dual Band AC1000 2.5GHz & 5GHz bands DIR-810L
I set up the router and worked out the kinks and updated the software. My laptop finds and connects with the 2.5GHz Band anywhere in the house. My laptop does not even find or see the 5GHz Band. However my Galaxy Tablet finds both bands and can connect with both, thought the 5GHz seems weaker.
I noticed that my Galaxy Tablet finds a lot more wi fi networks than my laptop (that are in houses around the street). I believe my laptop should find the 5Ghz Band and be able to connect. So I'm hoping this is a software or driver issue, and just a setting that needs to be adjusted. I don't know much about Wi Fi drivers, but I"m a Vista survivor, so I should be able to solve this.

I have a HP Pavilion dv6-6154tx laptop. My current version of BIOS installed is Hewlett-Packard F.1B, 05/10/11.I wanted to check if my BIOS is up to date, and if there was a newer version of BIOS available.
So I went to the HP Support page for laptops (URL...) and chose Pavilion Notebooks > Models dv4000 to dv6999 > dv6000 Entertainment Notebook PC series > Matching products outside the United States.
But alas, I could not find my laptop's model listed there. There's dv6150tx and then it jumps to dv6161ea, but no dv6154tx. Is there any other way I can update my laptop's BIOS?

Looking for the drivers for the Ethernet Controller, SM Bus Controller and the USB Controller on the left side of the laptop (right side works). I have browsed the blogs and found the same problem and resoltions but they have all been for the AMD chipset and this machine has the Intel Core i3 4000m CPU 64-bit.
