I have just purchased HP 15-r078tu. I was not comfirtable with Windows 8.1 so I installed Windows 7 64 bit. And, I am looking for all drivers. I searched so much on google but can't find anything. I downloaded around 2-3 GB different drivers one by one to test but all wasted.

The problm is , i cant connect my own WIFI to my HP LAPTOP sometimes whereas i can connect to my mobile and desktop..
laptop can detect other WIFI networks but it is not detecting my own WIFI
Im using BSNL bradband connection with D-LINK routerand i have done troubleshoot through HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT but the problem is not rectified. i can connect sometimes but it is not connecting sometimes

I have recently purchased HP 15-d009TU Notebook PC. It came with DOS installed. I have installed Windows 7 64 bit OS. I have downloaded the drivers listed in Drivers & Download section in HP.com but most of these drivers (Intel chipset driver, Graphics driver, Audio driver, etc.) do not work. While trying to install, most of them says that it does not meet minimum system requirements although all the system requirements mentioned in the requirements list are present.
Now, I am unable to use even the USB ports in my laptop.
I am having a hard time with my PCI. I have tried to update it but it says no driver found ...

We have purchased an HP Pavilion G6 2300st to our parents with Windows 8 installed. Unfortunately, they are having diffuculties to use Windows 8. So I thought that we need to downgrade to the windows 7.
I tried to install Windows 7 last night and I wasn't be able to do so because of Legacy Support and UEFI etc.
After that, little search on the web and I think I will be able to install windows 7 now. However, when I was searching on the web I realized there are many people have the same problem includign drivers problems. Then I find out that G6 2300st does not have W7 drivers.

I have tried the following fixes with the following results:
1) run troubleshooter - audio services not running. Unable to start it; error states endpoint is duplicate
2) update drivers - no fix (IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - 6.10.6433.0)
3) Change System Sounds - fails to play test tone
4) Device Manager - shows the system is running
5) Restore - no fix
My HP notebook G7 was doing windows update on monday night it was on all night but in the morning when i checked it had an all blue screen that says HP and a circle that indicates it is loading but nothing else. it stayed like that all tuesday i am guessing it froze. i have tried restarting the computer with the power button but i get the same screen again. i have take out the battery also and the same thing happened.
