Dell :: 15R Don't Recognize Galaxy Y

I am with the following problem.My notebook dell inspiron 15r, win7, 64-bit does not recognize the connection via USB from my Samsung Galaxy Y GT S5360.On other computers I tested, usually win7 and winXP, 32bit usb connection to the phone works normally, using the same phone and the same cable. However on my dell laptop not working and not in another dell notebook like mine who also got in both the connection does not work.What I did and did not work:I used the program from Samsung KIES update drivers to try and gain access to the phone.I downloaded the drivers and installed samsung separated, but also without success.I uninstalled all USB drivers and let windows install them again. When I connected my phone, the driver was updated to UNKNOW DEVICE DRIVER, or upgraded to unknown device and continued not working.Already have activated / deactivated by phone usb debugging.It is seen that the problem is with my dell notebook for notes in other pcs and works normal, probably with drivers, however I can not install them and not find them available for download.
