Feb 8, 2014
i got a laptop here it is:HP 2000-2d19WM Notebook PC
Â
finding the drivers i know you can download classis shell to replace the start button but it makes my computer slow and my laptop is a 64 bit
My HP 2000 is currently saying that a SMART hard disk check has detected an imminent failure.
Upon running hardware diagnostics I was given a failure ID of: 6CX1VS-70P7AE-MFGJWK-60BA03
My Product ID is: E0M17UA#ABA Â I am wondering what my options are. My PC is still under warranty and I would prefer to not lose the data I have on this hard-drive.
My hard drive went bad so I replace it. Now it will not let me do anything. Keeps asking for Administrator Password. I never had one. It gives me System disabled (66912982) ....
I cannot get into my HP 2000-2d19WM, and the system disabled code is 52219959. Â This code shows up after I fail to put in an administator password....
I am trying to install windows xp sp3 on a hp laptop 2000-2c17cl in legacy mode. Unfortunately xp will not detect the hard drive without the correct SATA drivers without blue screening ( even in legacy boot specified in the bios. ) I cannot find the corect drivers for this laptops hard drive
I am facing problem relating to PCI Device. Whenever i click on this driver in device manager i get a message that it is not installed. On updation too i am getting this message that windows could not find driver software for this device.  Product name: HP 2000 Notebook PC Product number: B9K60PA#ACJ OS:Windows 7 Hardware Ids:  PCIVEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_1858103C&REV_01 PCIVEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_1858103C PCIVEN_10EC&DEV_5229&CC_FF0000 PCIVEN_10EC&DEV_5229&CC_FF00
if anybody has gotten to run Windows 2000 somehow on a Vaio with an Intel ich9 SATA controller? Sony/Intel provide a driver that works fine with XP, but it does NOT work with Win2000. I really want to install Windows 2000 on my new Vaio.
Over the past few weeks, my sound has been going off and I don't know why. Rebooting makes the sound work again. I tried adjusting the power settings to never enter sleep as one person suggested, but that didn't work. So just now I rebooted and then plugged it into my tv using the hdmi and the sound stopped and I had to reboot. I am connecting it to the same tv using the same hdmi cable as many times before.
i am using a Hp 2000-2312TU laptop. It is just about 15 months old. I use it with windows 8. my laptop was getting heated up a lot. i used sppedfan to test it. temperatures were showing around 83 degree celsius. I took it to a shop and they said some error with heat sink IC and replaced it. Now the temp is ranging between 65-70 degree celsius. is it okay? HDD temp is ~40 deg celsius. I use my laptop always on bed or lap. is a cooling pad must?  P.S. the reason why i took it for servicng is that it showed thermal shutdown messages everytime i was rebooting it.
I'm trying to figure out which driver I need to install for a network adapter on a HP 2000-219DX Notebook. I saw the list of drivers for it, and got the Ralink 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter driver file from another PC. I'm not sure how to install this or if I should use another driver altogether. What do I do?
I downgraded from windows 8.1 to 7 Ultimate.  Although, I just can't find a internet driver for my laptop model. I know there is one. I've seen HP experts provide drivers to other people on the forum while they downgraded as well just like me.
In device manager, shows this when I right click and go to details and hardware Ids  Driver for windows 8.1 ( Just need one for windows 7)  [URL]...
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FS93S laptop. It is about 4-5 years old. I bought it in Thailand so I think it is a Sony Asian region model.
I installed Windows 7 on it today without any problems. It runs fine, but I am having some driver problems as expected. Even though there are a couple of red lights in the Device Manager, all my hardware is working fine except for the wireless network card. I don’t mind the errors in the Device Manager as long as everything works somehow. But I also can’t get the function keys working on the laptop, which I would like to have working too.
I called Sony in Thailand and they said the laptop is too old so Sony won’t be supporting it with new drivers for Windows 7.
Are there any Windows 7 drivers from other Vaio models which might be compatible with my laptop?
There is a problem with my PCI device drivers. The message on the properties page is  "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)Access is denied. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."
I have tried Updating the drivers but it doesn't work.
I am using Win7 32 bit, HP 2000-2106tu Notebook PC Product Number:  B6U41PA#ACJ
I have HP Envy dv6 7200t laptop which I purchased directly from HP.
In the speifications I requested a special graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M with 2 GB dedicated ram.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit in English. Â Now I didn't have much use for such a graphic card until today - I installed a game and it pointed out my graphic card sucks and the game won't run smoothly on it - it said my graphic card is Intel HD Graphics 4000. Â I checked the device manager and found out 2 graphic drivers - for both of the listed graphic cards.
both of them are up-to-date (I made sure about the second one from nvidia control panel, and even reinstalled it just incase) Â Assumptions:
I am not much of a hardware expert but I assume I do have 2 graphic card - internal on the motherboard (intel) and external (GeForce) - And if thats the case, somehow Windows chooses to use Intel instead of GeForce. Â I also made sure of it by disabling the Intel HD Graphics 4000 from the Device Manager and my screen went black - I guess its safe to assume that indeed the intel driver is the one in use.
I am not able to install the Wide Wireless Lan Driver64 in my Lenovo B460 laptop which is running with Win 7 64 bit ultimate version. When i installed the avialable drivers fro lenovo site,it showed No matched driver error showing.
a laptop cooler for the HP DV7t-2000 (17.3" widescreen, approx. important dimmensions 16.2"x10.9"). The laptop does not really get all that hot (except when I am playing games), but I just want to get a cooler so that I can keep the laptop in perfect condition. I want this laptop to stay in the best shape possible for as long as possible.
Right now, I have just been propping the back using some video game cases. But I want something that is a little bit more reliable and powerful.
When the notebook is in use, the vent is at the top left corner. When flipped over so that it is upside down (as is shown in the picture below), the vent is in the top right. Any suggestions that would fit this configuration (I hope it was clear, just wanted to be precise )?
My hard drive was formatted; everything, recovery and all. I went to install Win 8 back on it from a CD I have, it go's all the way thru the steps up to where you you pick a Drive to install on, and a messege appears saying; No Hard Drive detected- install Mass Storage Driver for detection of Hard Drive. What I need to install, and where to get it. It will not install an Operating system for the life of me.
Have used my HP 2000 laptop many times to connect to a big screen TV using the VGA output jack and hook it to the VGA input of my big screen. Â Now, for some reason, there is no video output to the big screen, I have tried 3 different cords (VGA to VGA) and get nothing on two, and on the third I get a video transfer but it blinks off and on both on the monitor of the laptop and my big screen with only about 1/2 of a picture showing on both. Â When it did this, I tried repositioning the output jack on the computer output and it changed the picture somewhat, but could never get it to work.
My 2000-41OUS laptop started shutting down with a message from BIOS thermal overheating. It sounded like it was straining, running loudly. I've learned to check Programs and sure enough several were installed I did not download. I removed them and still shutting down. Finally Symantec found a trojan and cleaned it. Running so softly now I cannot hear it. I am worried that overheating may have damaged the thermal grease that protects it. Should I take it to a computer shop and what service should they do?
I recently received the 2000-0142 error when running the diagnostics on my 7720 laptop. I found this to be a hard drive error and purchased another hard drive. After installing the new hard drive I received the 2000-0332 error.Â
resolving the 2000-0332 error to get my laptop back up and running?
