HP Mini 110 OS/Software :: Stuck Trying To Reinstall Windows 7 - No Device Drivers Found
Jul 5, 2014I have a hp mini 110-3538tu and it has been playing up in every which way and very slow so I have a USB with Windows 7 which I am trying to install over windows 7 starter but when I get to the part where I have to select the driver to be installed I can choose my USB but it say no device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, then click OK. I cannot get past here.

May 22, 2014I have a hp mini 210-2145. It had windows 7 home edition 32bit on it but I formatted it and put windows 7 professional 64 bit on. I cant get the wifi to work. I finally got the regular plug in to work but still no wifi. I have went to the driver site and installed both chip sets. and downloaded a bunch of the internet drivers listed on the network drivers list. After installing a bunch of them i noticed the system scan. It detected that i had a 802.11b/g/n WLAN. Thats the irst one on the site so i redownloaded and instaled it and it still isnt working. In the device manager it shows the yellow exclamation and just says ethernet controller.

HP Mini 210 Display :: Support For Windows 8?
Aug 3, 2012As an experiment I just installed WIN8 on my HP210 Mini. It seems to work just fine, except for the apps. WIN warns me that they cannot run because they require a resolution of 1060*768 wheras the original driver for the HP210 only supports up to 1060*600.
Question: is there a way to cope with this problem and get the apps working?

HP OS/Software :: Downgrading Pavilion G6 2300st From Windows 8 To Windows 7 / No Drivers?
Jul 25, 2013We have purchased an HP Pavilion G6 2300st to our parents with Windows 8 installed. Unfortunately, they are having diffuculties to use Windows 8. So I thought that we need to downgrade to the windows 7.
I tried to install Windows 7 last night and I wasn't be able to do so because of Legacy Support and UEFI etc.
After that, little search on the web and I think I will be able to install windows 7 now. However, when I was searching on the web I realized there are many people have the same problem includign drivers problems. Then I find out that G6 2300st does not have W7 drivers.
I found someone here downgrade the G6-2306el to W7 in link. [URL] ......
Now here is the question; Can I use the same drivers that stated in those posts?

Unfortunatly I have not been able to enable wifi on the machine. I have tried all the drivers at HP but still nothing.
The switch on the front of the netbook seems to enable/disable bluetooth but not wifi. That switch stays orange all the time and it used to be blue when wifi was enabled before I formatted.

Nov 6, 2014Since yesterday, i can not find how to go to bios setting or how to go to booting option.I have read all articles on this forum about pressing esc, f9, or f10 when notebook begin starting.But never work. All of this button never work.
Combination with fn button, but it also didn't work. Everytime i press fn+f9 or fn+f10 when notebook begin start doesn show bios or booting menu.
Does it becouse i use windows 8? My notebook is HP Mini 110-3500 with Windows 8 in it.
Then i try to search 'how to go to bios setting in windows 8', i found many articles, most of them using UEFI bios setting. But on my HP Mini there is no UEFI setting?
How to go to bios setting or how to go to booting options? i want to reinstall this HP Mini using my usb flash drive.

Jan 21, 2009I'm trying to figure out the difference between the two other than the casing (one's metal and one's plastic). The 2140 uses a SATA connector vs a PATA connector. So for $25 extra(lowest config 2140 vs highest config 1000) you get a metal case and SATA connector?
Why would anyone buy the 1000? Am I missing something? Oh and the 2140 has a higher volatage adapter for 'fast charging'...what's left for the 1000?
