I have a HP 2000-329WM Notebook PC that always stuck at loading screen when i turn on my laptop.
Before I have this problem: I have downloading a AMD Driver from AMD.com.
Since the problem:
Safe Mode won't work.
All Hard Driver Test say it passed the test.
Loop and Window loading Screen.

My HP15-g019wm notebook product number F9H60UA#ABA was hanging on the black welcome screen after logging in for about two minutes before opening to the desktop. My mozilla firefox is slow to open and is not connecting to any websites other than the homepage. It upgraded to the newest version when I first tried to open it and then it slowly opened up. Google chrome opens up quickly but then freezes when I try to go to another website. My computer runs windows 8.1 64 bit system. What could be causing the hangup and internet issues on my laptop? I was able to log in and browse the internet just fine last night, and these problems just started happening this afternoon.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy Envy15-3000 notebook freezes while starting up. It only makes it to the Starting Windows screen then Microsoft icons stop moving. This has been going on since Tuesday (8/12). I ran checks and the memory and harddrive (quick and full) tests came back positive - i.e. no problems. I finally decided to reformat it yesterday (8/14). It gets all the way through the reformatting process until it wants to start the system for the "first time" (I imagine that this will be the last time it restarts in the recovery process) and still freezes on the Starting Windows screen. If I try to hard shut off and try any other boot up option I can think of (Safe Mode, etc.) it says Recovery Failed and asks me to retry, get details or Save Log. When I retry, it goes back to the freezing. As such, I am now in a seemingly endless loop of retrying the recover to get to the freezing start windows screen.
All I want to do is wipe the hard drive and reload everything. I'm not interested in recovering the old data as I have everything backed up. I got no error messages in my Run it, Memory, etc tests, so I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
I have the original drive recovery/windows 7 DVDs that came with the system.
I have a HP 2000 Notebook Running Windows 8. As of last night it was working fine. Since this morning it will not turn back on. I have tried the hard reset with a removed battery. Nothing happened. No lights, no fan, no movement nor sound.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a compaq presario CQ61-420US with similar problems below, except I have a black screen, fan turns blinking lights are the same (num lock and cap lock) but they are flashing continuously every second or 2. I have tried the hard reset with the ram fix, connecting an external monitor, changing the battery, and the power adapter to no avail. I also used compressed air on the vents just in case was stuffed with dust since it will overheat and may cause problems, but nothing.
One option I can think of is purchasing a new MotherBoard, but I'm trying anything else before that.
My HP Pavilion G6 Notebook freezes at the HP startup and does not get passed that initial page and into windows. I tried pulling the battery out, resetting many time and ran a quick diagnosis. And after running a quick diagnosis it came back with the following error:

My HP Pavillion Notebook 17-e110dx has stopped working for no discernible reason. When I turn it on it says F1 system information and automatically goes to the F1 screen where it displays the sys info. It says press ESC to exit but that does nothing. In fact, no keys do anything. I tried to get to other screens when booting but it won't let me do anything. The laptop is only a few months old and I still have the basic 1-year warranty. Who should I contact to have HP repair it?

Then, it'll finally get to the welcome screen, but before it loads my desktop, I'll get another lingering blank screen with a cursor. Honestly, I'm grateful that my computer is still starting up at all... But is there any way to fix the lingering blank screens? But when it turned it on in the evening it display error message-------the system fan is not working and count down of 15 seconds untill laptop gets auto shutdown. After that i noticed that my fan is not spinning. As troubleshooting, i updated my bios, do a system restore, uninstall paragon hard disk suite which i installed in the morning thinking that it might be causing the problem. But of no use. My touchpad just randomly stopped working when I opened my laptop this morning. I'm using an external mouse right now but need to have access to the touchpad. I have already attempted the following:
Rebooting 5 times
Trying function keys
Toggling on/off: there is not light above the touch pad, and double tapping does not facilitate any change in the light or function of the touchpad
Reinstalling touchpad driver twice
Searching mouse properties: does not list touchpad as mouse device.

Have installed WIN7, 32 bit. Now can't find the correct wifi drivers for this notebook. Have downloaded all wifi drivers that were listed for WIN7, 32bit for an HP 2000-208CA notebook, but none of them work. Any alternative wifi drivers?

Factory restore and a chipset driver worked and it started working. my bad, i installed a graphics driver, that took me back to sqaure one. HDMI port on the laptop is not working. HDMI cable and TV HDMI port is all working.i ran HP support assistant and it shows all required updates are in place. though it worked in between, it should be an issue with the chipset driver.

Computer: hp folio 13 - 2000 notebook pc: all drivers and software fully updated and 100% virus free. I use the computer mostly on a closed network.
Issue: The sound has random long periods of time where the sound is either on or off. Checked and reinstalled drivers, restarted, went through all the windows audio settings and still cant seem to pin point the issue. I'm considering just replacing the build in speakers and wiring if I dont find a solution soon.
This computer is my friends. I don't know what she did to it. I have fixed it before but this has been running a for hours and the same message stays there.

How are these working with your Studio XPS 13/16 notebooks?
My wife has a 13 and I have a 16, and we're needing to pick up a couple coolers for game sessions.
To be blunt, I find myself doubting that they could provide a truly outstanding performance on the XPS due to the vent placement on the cooler in relation to the intakes on the XPS.
In fact, when I look at a top-down view of the coolers and the bottom of our laptops, the vents really only get about 10% coverage.
Does anyone have any other coolers they are running that better then the zalmans? If they're the best then I'll grab a 1000 for the wifey and a 2000 for myself.
