I just bought my HP 14-d003tx (laptop) with no OS and Drivers..Installed my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bitSO, I search on the internet on our PC for drivers and found this.URL....I downloaded all Drivers except the Software Multimedia.. I was downlaoding/installing stuff one after the other..I Installed Chipset Drivers first.. Audio.. BIOS... then when I installed Display Driver it says "must instal intel® driver first"Then I tried installing the LAN driver.. it was successful.. but...when I installed the WLAN driver (the SP64786.exe) it just unloaded its contents and didn't continue installing.. I went to the folder to click on Setup.exe or Install.exe but the Installshield won't continue and won't finish its Loading (Installing green thingy) and just nothing happens...I pushed the wireless button on the keyboard and it automatically installed the Bluetooth device ad was successful then it goes to orange light again..
I just bought "HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC p000su-j2t31ea", installed windows 8.1, downloaded drivers and it seems like it works perfectly but wifi.
When I tried to install this Broadcom WLAN driver [URL]... its loading like on the half way on its instalation and drops then a message appears and asks me if the program worked well.
Ive tried to install that driver under Safe Mode and it loaded the installation, but when it was installing some error came out saying that the installation cant continue, because update.cpp 1205 is not found or something.I also tried to find the driver from broadcom's site, but couldnt find it. And now i can use e-net only via cable.
I have an HP 255 G2 Notebook PC with the product number F0Z56EA, running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I installed the OS and the drivers for the laptop just a few days ago. Everything is running fine, except that the WLAN option is not displayed anywhere and I cannot connect the laptop to my wifi.
When I open the device manager, it shows "other devices" with a question mark and underneath "Network Controller" with a yellow exclamation mark.
I tried installing the Qualcomm network driver for my model, but during installation, the message "Device cannot be found, installation terminated" is being shown.
My Laptop HP Pavilion has a verry annoying Problem . In My Windows 8 (64 bit) Action center i have this massage :
it said that the bluetooth driver isn't installed although i've installed " Ralink Bluetooth Software Driver " , But was no new !! This is device manager after installing it :
there is no bluetooth driver installed !!
then i've downloaded " Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver for Microsoft Windows 8 " & tried installing it , then i got this massage :
Note That :
- at first , all mentioned above occured but bluetooth was working ( sanding & Recieving ) .. But now all the above occured in addition , bluetooth went out and no longer working.
- i've tried "hp Support Assistant" for updating my devices and it can't detect that bluetooth isn't installed.
- you can see in the picture of device manager an " Unknown Device" and when i tried automatic online search for device , there is nothing !!
-In The action Center Notification there is another issue that " hotkey utility key not installed " .
I have a HPG62 Notebook PC with the original lan card. I have 50mbs wireless service, but my laptop will only go to 18mbs. My other laptop picks up the whole 50mbs. Do I need to upgrade my wlan card?
After the complete melt-down of the old WinXp, I installed Win7 - so far most of ti works. However, WLAN doesnt work. (P/N is PY869PA#ABG, it also says dv1303ap on the label)
Is there any driver for WLAN available? Witout WLAn or internet access the good old HP is pretty useless....
Wireless won't turn on; wired connection is fine. HP Wireless Asst says the wireless is turned of by the keyboard. Light is steady orange & will not turn on.
If I power down & remove the battery, I can get a blue light when I turn the PC back on. But then, the PC wants to update the driver. When it does that, the problem returns.
I recently installed windows 7 64 bit on my new HP pavilion p045tx notebook but there are no drivers for the inbuilt broadcom wifi adapter which was working fine in windows 8.1 , so there is any way to get the drivers as it is not available on the product support page.
the wlan adapter is BCM43142 802.11 b/g/n.(according to windows 8.1 driver details)
I have a HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 CTO Quad Edition laptop and currently the WLAN network card does not support dual band connection via WiFi. I wish to upgrade the WLAN card so that it can connect to the Dual band WiFi at my house.
Any whitelist of WLAN card that I can use to upgrade my laptop? Is there a list of supported WLAN adapters?
yesterday my E330 arrived with no operating system installed. After the Windows 7 Ultimate installation was finished I was already disappounted, because no driver was detected. So I had to manually download all drivers from the slow lenovo site. After I installed all drivers (also BIOS updates and Win updates) the Wlan wasnt working. Tried both, the realtek and the broadcom driver, none of them is working. Can't conntact the support because the page won't load. After a few hours of trying to fix the problem I dont know what to do anymore.
I have uninstalled Windows 8 and installed Windows 7 64bit Pro on my new Lenovo Ideapad u410. I managed to get all the drivers working... EXCEPT ONE: The WLAN.
Now here's what I did and what happens every time I try to install the WLAN driver:
I have downloaded the driver "WiFi Link Driver (Intel, CyberTan, Liteon) for Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit)" from the page [URL] ... multiple times and tried installing it multiple times. The installation process works until the status "Search the target device in this machine" shows up. As soon as this status shows up, the installation exits without an error message or anything else. How to get it working. I can't even use this machine without WLAN.
By the way: - LAN works fine - It's not a hardware issue as the WiFi worked fine on the preinstalled Win8 - The WiFi won't even show up under Windows - I have not installed "Intel WiMax Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit)" driver as I am told that this is not used. - Of course I am running the .exe as Administrator - I tried installing Win7 on UEFI before.
i have a HP 255 G2 Notebook PC that i bought last year. The pc came with windows 8 installed so when i tried to install windows 7 64 bit i noticed the hard drive was GPG encrypted so i had to open the laptop and take out the hdd to reformat it with another computer. That went well. I installed windows 7 but i noticed the ony driver that wont work is the Network Controller driver. I have internet in the computer through a flash usb but now i need to use my wireless internet instead. So i downloaded every driver from my laptop but it wont work so i wonder if the network card is broken. In every network card i've seen on laptops there are to cables connecting the card to the motherboard. One white cable and on black cable but this laptop has only a black cable.
Laptop Model: HP 255 G2 Notebook PC Network controller IDs:
More than 4 weeks I've been looking for Ethernet controller card in the laptop HP-530 for the Windows Vista Home 64-bit not this for the 32 bit, this does not work ....
I just reinstalled a HP pro 3300 SFF with a clean win 7. Download drivers from the hp site but when I try to install I get a message that no Intel components was found. Downloaded the Chipset driver along with the drivers for network but still no luck.....
Recently i bought HP-D107TX notebook and i tried to install the WLAN driver form your site. But it is not installing. When i click on the setup.exe it unpacks the drivers and a message is showing "This program is installed correctly" and "Reinstall using recommended setting". Till now wireless is not working in my lap.
