View 4 RepliesI have an acre aspire 5535. I cannot login and keep going round in circles with the message which says "the user profile service failed to login. User profile cannot be loaded". I have switched off and opened again but no change.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy laptop logged me off while using it and I tried log back on but I keep getting this message "user profile service failed the log on , user profile cannot be loaded." But it lets me in as a guest but cannnot let me in as an administrator. I'm 100% certain my password is correct.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI returned from a 2 week holiday to find that I could not logon to my laptop. During the time I was away the laptop was powered down. When I enter the correct password to logon I get: "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." message. I tried powering the laptop for 3 hours then tried to logon again but without success. How do I get around this?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a hp pavilion g7, operating with windows 7As of this evening, my laptop is failing to start up and freezes on the 'starting up' page display. After doing several of the recommended options, I ran the start up test which has failed.
The display screen reads-Memory test: passedSmart check: passedShort dst: failedFailure id: GU6E00-63479L-MFPX01-60TP03Product id: A7A44UANBAHard disk 1Start up test: failed
My HP Pavilion G6 laptop fails to load Windows. The HP UEFI diagnostics for hard disk failed the Short DST test with failure code GU754F-6PK7GW-MFPWXG-60TQ03. Does this mean I have to replace my hard drive? My laptop's product ID is E3D62EA#ABU and I have Win8.1 64-BIT installed on it.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter putting the power on, nothing happen. It gives some kind of blue background. But it's not the critical error blue screen. It's some kind of windows-bitmap.
Using Esc and F2 I could do a System Test. The Short DST (don't know what that means...) says: FAILED.....
It gives details on the FAILURE ID : 64SP28-5HB7AC-XD003F-60VF03.... What should I do next?
The notebook is a HP, model DV6-3160SD, Running W7 on it. Don't know the bit-version (and can not check it).....

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently got my x360, used it for about a month, go to turn it on, boots up fine then I log in, and it goes to a black screen with the cursor, can't do anything except ctrl alt delete, then task manager, nothing is running, it's just a blank, black screenI've restarted it multiple times with no luck, and is becoming very bothersome.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am having difficulty booting Windows 8 on my HP Envy 4 Ultrabook. Firstly when I try to login to Windows using my Windows 8 password it says "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded".
Then following advice from other online support forums including this one, on restarting the computer then pressing F8 repeatedly I get the following message: "Boot device not found. Please install an OS on your hard disk. Hard disk (3F0).
The product name is HP 2000 notebook PC and the operating system is Windows 8. I had automatic updates installed and after the laptop restarted the login screen was frozen. I could type my pin code in but nothing happened after that. I tried ctrl+alt+del and other buttons but nothing happened. I kept restarting my computer but it still did the same thing.

View 8 Replies View RelatedMy HP elitebook 8540p has been serving me well for years but recently it shows a bluescreen and resets after entering the windows password.
Diagnostics when starting up say:
Memory Test: Failed
Failure ID : UOEDUC-56C77E-XD7U3G-40N603
Product ID : WTO38ES#ABH
Memory Module 2 Bottom-Slot 1 (right)
This means the memory card underneath the keyboard should be replaced, correct? I am confused by the message saying "Module 2 Bottom-Slot 1 (right)", I see only one card... If so, what is the best way to acquire a new memory card (Primary memory board)?
I got automatic Windows up date last night. After the updates, I can't do anything except turn on the computer, see the HP page, the green log in with password page, then all goes dark blue and freezes. It will not even rcognize the keyboard to back out. It is an HP Envy 20 all in one desktop. I have removed the back, all looks good, everything is secured and in place.
View 1 Replies View RelatedDell laptop insprion n 5110 screen goes black when the bios update failed ....
View 3 Replies View RelatedI believe my fingerprint reader died a death after a windows update. I have tried reinstalling drivers several times but no luck, the computer doesn't even seem to recognise that a scanner even exists anymore. Its incredibly frustrating...well not as bad as this constant blue screen and crashing. I don't really understand the reason for it, but to be fair I don't really know what im looking for when the blue screen appears....it mentions something about a usb driver i believe. There isnt even anything plugged in to any ports when the crashes take place.
Im really not happy about these issues with a laptop that is no more than 6 weeks old.
I tried to update my bios to A07 -> A11 (the lastest). But the update failed. Ok. I just close the updater. I open Google Chrome, surf on the Internet etc. After 10 min, I shut off my Dell computer normaly. Now when I turn my MiniPC on, it just doesn't do anything... My hard drive doesn't starts. The screen stays black...
