My tv tuner INTEX IT-TV 150 FM plays only audio. The screen turns totaly white with no video signal. When calling the supporting staff at INTEX, they told me to install HP Pavilion dv4 video driver. Could this be the solution? If so, where could I find the video driver?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI bought this Envy 17 3D in December of 2010 from HP Websight. The Model is WY771AV and runs Windows 7 with 1080P and Uses A M D 5875 Graphics. The Last 30 days, @ boot-up, the screen will turn solid white when I try to start it up. All I can do is hold power button down to power off and retry. 9 0 % of time, retry fails(does same thing), but occasionally I can go to startup repair , run system restore and use machine for 2 or 3 times before the next white-out.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a XPS L702X, purchased it last year at the beginning of the summer. After a couple of weeks of use, the colors would change on the screen and the screen would start flickering. The dell people did a remote assistance and updated the bios and graphics software. It stopped for a little while. Then the colors would just change but not flickering yet. Then it started all over again, but now it would flash and lock up my keyboard, but I could still control the mouse with an external one. So I got a live CD to see if that works and it runs, but the screen still flashes white and gets static. I can see the desktop and move the mouse but it eventually turns all white and static comes through the speakers. Now the computer will not even turn on at times, it sounds like it is booting up, but then just shuts off.
I have also tried doing a system restore but it will not stay on long enough to go through the process, this last time it shut down completely before even finishing.
I have also tried using an external monitor and it will go through until the screen starts flickering.
On hp pavilion dv7-1232nr the sound volume signal that appears on the screen any time the volume is adjusted is not functioning as before ! is there any point or option that is being clicked on or off to disable this signal !

I looked at the wire and it is fine and I tried plugging in some other monitors vga and hdmi but nothing happens. Its been a long time since I've been on the laptop.

The problem is that while watching online video(youtube) through the web browsers, first of all the video playing smoothly, but after a few seconds, the video stops a while, and then continue play but the video is freeze while the audio works fine, then it completely stops. I have smooth Internet connectivity, i have checked all the flash player on browsers, drivers are updated, except for Intel HD Graphics, current version is 10.18.10.3304 , while the newest version is 15.33.18.64.3496 (10.18.10.3496) 140mb, after downloaded and run, it says that my OS does not match.

And a black stripe at the bottom of the display. Also horizontal grey bars covering the start button completely.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a HP Pavilion G7-1365dx Notebook and I recently have been having issues with the screen turning white while running Netflix or Sims 3. When the screen goes white I put it in sleep mode and then wake the comupter up again and the screen comes on like normal but if I'm running Netflix or Sims 3 its only a matter of time before it happens again.

I have an, HP 15 Notebook PC (Product Name), Prod # is F9H61UA#ABA
I am running on Windows 8,1, 64 bit.
When I try to watch a video all I have is a green screen, audio is good.
I have a Latitude e6510 display port. The graphics card that came with the laptop is Nvidia NVS 3100M.
My display port does not output. External screen just says <No video signal>
The Nvidia control panel can also not see any other monitors.
I have tried this with multiple displays. I have updated to the latest drivers for everything including Nvidia.I ran the scan system for driver updates utility from Dell.
How do I get the display port to start outputting. Is there some special driver that is needed?
I am having trouble playing DVD's on my HP Pavillion g7-2300 notebook. I've had this laptop for a long time and I was able to play DVDs up until a few days ago, but today when I inserted a disc I got this message:
When I click on "learn more" it brings me to a webpage where there are newer versions of cyberlink media software available for purchse. As you can see in the image there is an ad for one of the versions.
There was one update available for the Cyberlink PowerDVD software and I installed it. This did not fix the issue and I am still geting the same message as above. I also tried to play different DVDs.
I have PowerDVD OEM version 10.0.8.5723 and am using Windows 8.1. I've had Windows 8.1 for many months and as I mentioned I was able to play DVD's before with this windows version.
As far I as I can tell it isn't a trial version. It's asking me to buy an upgrade not a full version so this is what leads me to believe it's not a trial version.
Why the sudden change?
Unfortunately the Windows Media Player software on my laptop doesn't play DVDs. I've searched for Quicktime software, but there doesn't seem to be any available for Windows 8 or 8.1.
On many occasions when I turn on my Acer aspire 4315 the screen turns white. or if I put it in sleep mode and turn it on.

The second day i tried to watch something on youtube and it showed a green screen. I thought it was just the video so i clicked on the next video, it was also green. I turned on my NFL sports videos and same thing there, so i think it may be the Notebook.

And other required softwares, I have problems with audio which is very low. Video display is not proper, movies are not comfortable to watch without any reason get stucks. For last one month I am facing this issue, the white display in the lcd screen. This is not happening very regularly, it happens intermittently.
I need to forcefully shut down the machine, after restart sometimes the problem goes away, sometimes it stays. I shut down the machine in that case.
What is the reason behind this and what is the resolution to fix this?
I recently have had a problem with my Dell XPS M1530. The laptop crashed from what I presume was it overheating. When I switch it back on the screen lights up white with no display. I am able to use the laptop through an external display (pressing FN F8) however the quality is very poor, this is surprising as I used to use an external display frequently at a high quality and I am now unable to change the screen resolution in the display settings. I have also noticed that I can no longed put the laptop into 'sleep' mode. How the two errors could be related but both happened after the same crash.
I have tried to recconect the video cable but unfortunately it didn't work.
Any simple fix to this problem or if the GPU or screen needs to be replaced?

I shut it down and now when I restart my laptop all I get is a white scrambled screen. I restarted it again and now I still can't do anything and it won't shut down unless I hold down the power button for a few seconds...
