I was using my hp pavilion dv6 notebook and then it got a blue screen with white text (I believe hard drive problem , idk)
I restarted the computer and my computer couldn't load my Windows 7 OS. I already tried Safe mode, I tried to the repair option. The computer tried to repair for 7 hour without any results. I already tried resetting with Windows recovery disc, didn't work..
I have a "Hive" error message that displays on a blue screen. Windows does not load. Any wa getting this machine going ....

i searched for this error and most results was meeting my thoughts that the cause for this error is the touch pad driver .
i've installed the latest version of the driver (sp64225) , and it doesn't suitable for my windows so i want a previous version of the driver

At times I cannot even reboot normally when it occurs. I have had to restore to a previous version.
All Windows, drivers and antivirus are updated and free of virus and/ro coruped files. Chekdisk reports no problem. cannot read Mini DUMP files. Blue screen to quick to read.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have the HP- Pavilion g7 Notebook and have not had any problems until I was getting a Blue Screen of death after an update of Skype got on my computer. I had to do a system recovery several times until I found out this is a problem apparently caused by skype, now skype wants to update again and windows7 doesn't like it at all, the machine crashes again. Last resort, I downloaded an older verson of skype which works fine but in the long run doesn't solve the problem. If there is a fix what is it, I have not gotten any suggestions from skype, to get this resolved. The only thing I hear it might be related to some driver that has not been updated. What can I do?

And whenever i tried to install from other media then its shows error 0Xc00000f.
Installed 32 bit Windows 7 to replace XP. New problem after installation, text cursor does not always step one place to the right every key press but jumps back & inserts new text within previous text typed. Reduced the frequency of errors by installing free program "Touchfreeze", but it is still a problem. Keyboard is a standard PS/2 type. Suspect a keyboard driver problem (bug). Have latest driver installed for Pavilion dv8025EA.

I have an HP Pavilion DV6 Notebook PC. The other day, it crashed and gave a blue screen error. Since then, it wont start. Ive tried starting it normally and in safe mode, neither work. This is the information given in the blue screen.:

When it first crashed, I was playing a game, then the screen got all pixelated, then the blue screen. The computer has had overheating problems because the fan doesn't work 100%. It would shut off often from overheating, but I cleaned the vents out thoroughly, and it hasn't overheated since then. Since the computer wont start, I cant get to the crash dump files.
My g6 has had many problems. I really regret buying it. First we had a freezing issue which hp resolved I thought that was the end of it. Now when my screen is open at a 90 degree angle to the keyboard Lines appear then the screen turns white with various colored lines running through. When I open all the way it is fine or close to a 45 degree angle. Is there a bad wire or connection? I have a prepaid box to mail to hp still. I thought hp was better than this!

I looked at the wire and it is fine and I tried plugging in some other monitors vga and hdmi but nothing happens. Its been a long time since I've been on the laptop.

And a black stripe at the bottom of the display. Also horizontal grey bars covering the start button completely.

When the screen goes white I put it in sleep mode and then wake the comupter up again and the screen comes on like normal but if I'm running Netflix or Sims 3 its only a matter of time before it happens again.

My HP Pavilion 15-n230us Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) Product # F5W29UA, is having problems with the DVD player. I went to the Device Manager and found the following error code:

(Code 39){Unable to Load Device Driver}%hs device driver could not be loaded.Error Status was 0x%x..I don't know if I made any changes that may have caused this error, I don't remember whether or not it was working previously.
I have a XPS L702X, purchased it last year at the beginning of the summer. After a couple of weeks of use, the colors would change on the screen and the screen would start flickering. The dell people did a remote assistance and updated the bios and graphics software. It stopped for a little while. Then the colors would just change but not flickering yet. Then it started all over again, but now it would flash and lock up my keyboard, but I could still control the mouse with an external one. So I got a live CD to see if that works and it runs, but the screen still flashes white and gets static. I can see the desktop and move the mouse but it eventually turns all white and static comes through the speakers. Now the computer will not even turn on at times, it sounds like it is booting up, but then just shuts off.
I have also tried doing a system restore but it will not stay on long enough to go through the process, this last time it shut down completely before even finishing.
I have also tried using an external monitor and it will go through until the screen starts flickering.
My tv tuner INTEX IT-TV 150 FM plays only audio. The screen turns totaly white with no video signal. When calling the supporting staff at INTEX, they told me to install HP Pavilion dv4 video driver. Could this be the solution? If so, where could I find the video driver?

When I press the power button, frequently it shows the Thinkpad white logo against black background and won't load. Windows at all. It just stuck there.
I have already restore the system but the problem is still there.
Oddly, when it does work (which is rare), the "to interrupt normal startup, press enter" appears. Everytime it works, that phrase would appears.
The only components I have connected to this laptop are ethernet cable for internet, USB hub, and external drive hooked up through PC slot on the side.

It would really be neat if I could put in a slot load Blue-ray drive or burner in my 1340, would the one in the 1640/1645 be Compatible and if so .

But when I go directly thru Internet Explorer, I get the dreaded Blue Screen. I have gotten a messsage to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11, but when I try to do that, I get the Blue Screen.

I've been having trouble with the screen on my HP Pavilion dm4 2070 USA. Half of my screen has some green/blue dots on it. when i open a webpage you cannot see the dots. This is the first time this has happened.
This happened suddenly. I don't know what to do.
I have a HP Pavilion G6 2302ax laptop. When i uses google chrome, sometimes the screen gets some grains and suddenly becomes blue. A message is displayed saying that the system encountered an error and need to be restarted. The error is "SYSTEM_SERVICE_ EXEMPTION".
I am using the high performance graphics for running google chrome.
